He has a proven track record in enhancing financial performance, managing financial risks, and delivering advisory solutions that empower entrepreneurs and organizations to make sound financial and investment decisions.

Yazan has more than ten years of experience in the private sector and major consulting companies, where Yazan provided advisory services to the public, private and government sectors through the establishment and operation of governance, risk, compliance and internal audit units in accordance with the standards issued by the International Organization for Standards and Standards issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors. Yazan’s experience also extends to providing support to clients in developing contingency plans and dealing with crises to ensure business continuity for the main activities of the facility in accordance with the ISO 22301 standard.
