We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with local labor laws. The role involves managing employee data, facilitating onboarding and offboarding, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day HR operations, including support in the first stage in onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the ERP system.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance and stay up-to-date with changes in local labor legislation.
- Monitor and manage the probationary period for new hires, including evaluations and follow-up actions.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Assist in resolving employees’ issues and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Communicate company internal announcements, such as holidays and monthly gatherings.
- Manage vacation requests in the ERP system.
- Support other HR functions in activities such as engagements and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of local labor law and company policies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
