Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive project management support for all technical proposal-related tasks.
  • Receive RFPs from the government procurement platform.
  • Collect, organize, and archive all received RFPs in the shared drive.
  • Gather all required data from RFPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business opportunities from RFPs, evaluating viability and strategic alignment.
  • Manage RFPs and other business opportunities within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth proposal operations.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or challenges to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor all deadlines (submission dates, Q/A sessions, client meetings) to ensure timely compliance.
  • Support stakeholders in executing related initiatives effectively.
  • Develop and implement business development plans targeting key areas for growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Operations or a related field.
  • Consulting experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the business development process and requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses of business opportunities.
  • Advanced reporting skills with experience creating detailed reports and data presentations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
