Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive project management support for all technical proposal-related tasks.
- Receive RFPs from the government procurement platform.
- Collect, organize, and archive all received RFPs in the shared drive.
- Gather all required data from RFPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business opportunities from RFPs, evaluating viability and strategic alignment.
- Manage RFPs and other business opportunities within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth proposal operations.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or challenges to the relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor all deadlines (submission dates, Q/A sessions, client meetings) to ensure timely compliance.
- Support stakeholders in executing related initiatives effectively.
- Develop and implement business development plans targeting key areas for growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Operations or a related field.
- Consulting experience is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the business development process and requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses of business opportunities.
- Advanced reporting skills with experience creating detailed reports and data presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
