We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our office. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers based on established office policies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee financial administration related to office operations, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain excellent communication across departments.
  • Ensure a well-maintained office environment, including cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Organize and lead office events, conferences, and regular meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to foster team collaboration and engagement.
  • Supervise and manage the office operations team, ensuring efficient task delegation, performance monitoring, and support.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in office management or administration.
  • Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Education and Academic Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Preferably holds one of the following certificates: (COM, FMP).
